Makes Life Meaningful?
A person is living a meaningful life when they are participating in activities and relating to others in ways that fit with their unique values. Living a meaningful life looks different for every person.
Hi, I'm Martha Butler.
I am passionate about empowering people with, or at risk of developing chronic pain and associated health issues, return to meaningful activities in their lives.
I am the owner of Meaningful Life OT and have over 30 years of work experience as an Occupational Therapist. My primary area of practice has been facilitating people with chronic pain and related mental health concerns to use self-management skills so they can resume valued activities in their lives. I take a collaborative approach with my clients and other clinicians involved in their care to ensure treatment is coordinated and directed by the client’s values and functional goals.
