What
Makes Life Meaningful?

A person is living a meaningful life when they are participating in activities and relating to others in ways that fit with their unique values. Living a meaningful life looks different for every person.

My primary area of practice has been facilitating people with chronic pain and related mental health concerns to use self-management skills so they can resume valued activities in their lives. I take a collaborative approach with my clients and other clinicians involved in their care to ensure treatment is coordinated and directed by the client’s values and functional goals.
