Return to Work Coaching

When a person has a chronic health condition, they need to be involved in the creation of goals which will identify the steps to returning to work. Coaching facilitates the application of self-management skills and self-advocacy in the work setting. 
 
Additionally, recommendations on work accommodations, ergonomics and gradual return to work plans may be made. Checking-in with the person returning to work throughout their gradual return to work is offered to encourage self-reflection and to boost confidence.
